At ledluminous.com, all products quality are two years quality warranty,we would like to help you resolve any problems with purchases as soon as possible.

All material returned must be approved prior to returning. Please enclosed your Name, Order Reference Number.
All material returned due to defective manufacturing would be subject to the terms of the manufacturer of that product and their warranty.

Please be sure to read all the terms and conditions below prior to processing a return. Please understand we only refund Non-artificial quality issues.

Quality and/or Quantity Discrepancy Claim:

1. In case the quality and /or quantity are found by the Buyer not to conform with the contract after arrival at the final destination, the Buyer may lodge a claim against the seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties with the exception of those claims for which the insurance company and /or the shipping company are to be held responsible. Claim for quality and /or quantity discrepancy should be filed by the Buyer within 7 days after the arrival of the goods at the final destination with photos and detailed description at seller request as evidence

2.Both parties agree to send replacements together with the buyer next orders, if the buyer doesn’t want replaces, the seller could refund discrepancy product from the invoice listed but do not refund freight and bank expense.

Damaged goods due to transport

All products would be packed at safty packing carton,if any item arrives damaged please contact your local express courier to claim with 7days,we could claims to the insurance company if you buy insurance(0.1% insurance must be bought advance to us,cover 110% of invoice value) Items will be not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorised for replacement. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under the applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

Refunds do not include any shipping, bank/pay charge expense and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
